Two chuck roast on the bbq for about 4 hours. Cooked to internal beef temp then low and slow afterwards till tender. Pulled off the bbq and let rest covered for at least one hour. Mouse over “Woocommerce” then click “Orders” then “Add Order”
Click on the pencil for billing address and complete the details.
Click on the pencil for shipping address and complete the details.
Move down the page and click on add item.
To the right click on add product. Click on the drop down and type three letters for the item.
Click the item.
After it is added, mouse over the item and click the pencil to edit the price. Click save.
Click add product. Click add fee. Type in 3% processing. Click Ok.
You can also add the shipping fees here if you are charging shipping, however you will have to configure it individually and determine the appropriate amount.
At the top right, click on “choose an action” then click email invoice / order details to customer.
Click create and it will send the customer the bill.
Once it is paid, you will be notified via e-mail.
On The Woo app:
Tap Orders, then tap the plus symbol in the top right.
Tap add products, select gift basket, click one product selected.
You are unable to edit the price of a product on the app, other than applying a discount. If you need to increase the price, you can add a custom amount by clicking add custom amount. Click a fixed amount. Name the amount and put amount.
Add the processing fee by clicking the plus symbol, select the percent option, type 3 then name the amount. Click add custom amount.
Shipping can be added the same way.
After updated, click add customer details.
If the customer is already registered. Select the customer and verify all of the fields. If not, click the plus and add the customer. Fill in all necessary information and click done.
Click create and it will send the customer the bill. Once it is paid, you will be notified via e-mail.
Once a customer completes an order, you can edit it on the order page in both the website and app. You can also add shipping and tracking information with order notes, then update the order.
